郑晓,女,1982年生,博士生导师,研究员,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,主要从事防护林工程与生态遥感领域,传承创新了防护林评估-经营-构建理论与技术体系。创建“天-空-塔-地”一体化综合评估体系,攻克长周期大跨度工程评估难题;解析防护林结构-功能耦合过程,精准识别工程问题及成因;研发了多项防护林构建与营建技术。近五年主持省部级以上科研项目6项,发表高质量论文26篇,获得省科技进步一等奖1项(第二完成人),参编专著2部,撰写的战略报告中3份获国家采纳、2份获国家林业和草原局采纳。三北工程建设45年进行了系统、科学评估,形成“中国北方生态安全屏障建设成效研究报告”,被国家林业和草原局采纳,数据支撑了国家出台三北工程攻坚战举措。
