博士生导师简介
徐明恺,男,1978年4月出生,籍贯辽宁沈阳,博士学位,三级研究员,环境中心副主任,辽宁省超级抗原重点实验室主任。主要从事环境微塑料、生物创新药、微生物生态、面源污染生态效应和生物修复、新型污染物环境效应和健康效应等研究。主持国家自然科学基金重点联合基金、面上项目、国家重点研发计划、国家重大科技专项、中国科学院战略先导A专项、C专项、辽宁省重点研发计划等项目30多项。以第一或通讯作者在Advanced Science,Environment International, Journal of Hazardous Materials,Environmental Technology & Innovation,Journal of Environmental Management等高水平SCI期刊发表论文60多篇;参编专著2部;申请发明专利60多项,授权发明专利23项,PCT国际专利1项;颁布团体标准2项。获国家“香江学者”、中国科学院“区域发展青年学者人才”、辽宁省兴辽人才计划“领军人才”、辽宁省百千万人才工程“百层次”人才、沈阳市第一批高层次人才“领军人才”等称号。担任中国生物化学与分子生物学会理事、中国生态学会微生物生态专业委员会委员、中国土壤学会环境微塑料工作组委员,辽宁省微生物学会理事、辽宁省生物技术协会理事。现任国家合成生物技术创新中心共建单位-中科院沈阳生态所负责人;辽宁省超级抗原重点实验室主任;研究所污染生态与生态环境工程研究中心副主任。
1996-2000年于沈阳药科大学制药系获学士学位;
2000-2005年于中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所获微生物学博士学位;
2005-2007年于中国科学院上海药物研究所从事受体药理学博士后研究。
2014-今 于中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所 研究员 博士生导师 环境中心副主任 辽宁省超级抗原重点实验室主任
