博士生导师简介
李杰,女,1985 年 3 月生,山东人,博士,研究员。主要从事土壤植物营养、肥料学、农业生态系统养分循环及调控、植物营养与新型高效肥料创制研究,聚焦国家粮食安全战略,围绕肥料利用率低的核心难题开展技术攻关,兼任国际肥料科学中心常务秘书长。
历经 10 年攻关首创植物源脲酶 - 硝化双功能抑制剂,系统揭示其增效机制,创新集成抑制剂多元载体保护技术,研制出稳定性肥料换代产品,相关成果在 10 余家企业实现产业化落地。近 5 年以第一 / 通讯作者在 Global Change Biology、Soil Biology & Biochemistry 等期刊发表高水平论文 36 篇;主持国家自然科学基金 2 项、国家重点研发计划子课题 4 项;授权发明专利 15 件、软件著作权 10 项,编著专著及团体标准 5 部。
先后荣获第十四届辽宁青年科技奖、辽宁省科技进步二等奖 2 项、中国科学院国际合作奖、辽宁省国际合作奖;获评辽宁省优秀青年科学基金获得者、辽宁省兴辽人才 “青年拔尖人才”、辽宁省百千万人才工程 “千层次” 人选等称号。
