研究队伍
鲁彩艳,女,1976年7月,汉,博士,研究员。主要从事农业生态系统中碳氮等养分迁移转化过程及其环境效应方面的研究工作,重点从农业生态系统中物质循环高效利用的角度,开展以服务区域经济发展为核心的科研工作。通过理论探索、机制调控、技术创新等,开展了东北旱作黑土农田地力提升、氮素养分高效利用与作物稳产高产等方面的科研工作,提出了切实可行的耕地地力快速提升和氮素养分高效利用的保护性耕作调控技术。共发表研究论文90余篇,以第一和通讯作者在Agriculture, Ecosystems & Environment,Geoderma等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文28篇,第一发明人授权专利1项,作为副主编参编专著1部。担任《生态学杂志》、《植物营养与肥料学报》、Agriculture Ecosystems and Environment、Soil and Tillage Research、Catena等学术期刊审稿人。
